We are almost there....just 5 more Needed to reach 32! We're within range! If you're already signed up, please Share this with as many Men as you can to help make this Conference Possible. Sun June 7, 2026 2:55pm Bow, WA - Good Afternoon, following Service today, our latest numbers update is in from Pastor Roy Swihart. We are at 22 Commitments out of 32 needed. We got some potentially good news from Director Lukas Bierl who indicated that he's got several more guys interested in signing up. If that ends up happening, we could potentially reach our bare minimum of 28 we still have a least a solid 50% chance of pulling this off. Also today, we have officially Confirmed our final 2 Keynote Speaker Selections: Congrats to Stephen Reynolds and Matt Clark on their Selection to fill those 2 open slots. Next phase will be a final in person meeting between Director Lukas, Assistant Director Adam, Men's Ministry Lead Derrick Baer, Stephen Reynolds and Matt Clark to discuss and finalize all details regarding speaker preparation as well as a selection for point person who would arrive ahead of the Group on Check in day to Greet, collect in person payments and hand out room keys.

We are still short 12 more Commitments with just 3 weeks to go to reach our Goal of 32. If you have already signed, Thank You! If not, we urge you....Don't wait. Time is of the essence and if we're going to make this Conference happen, we need your help to spread the Word. Share this far and wide and to as many Men as possible. With 1 month remaining to reach our Goal, we need to spread the word. Please share this as far and wide as possible. We need to expand our efforts outside just Cowboy Church if we're going to reach the number we need to make this happen.

Sat May 9, 2026 10:00am - The Men's Ministry Leadership will be meeting at the Billy's Cafe in Burlington at 7am Saturday May 16th. On the Agenda for discussion is:
- Men's Ministry Leadership
- Selection of the Final 2 keynote Speakers for the Kingdom Men's Conference
- Selection of a Point person to be in charge of Room check-ins, issuing room keys and collection same day payments at the Property
- Choosing of a Topic or Theme for this year's Conference which will guide the flow of each Session, 5 in all
- Discussing of Logistics, Transportation, Any Financial Assistance if available and all other Conference related details

Mon Apr 27, 2026 - Prices Have Surged! We Need 32 Committed Men to Make This Year a Reality!
Mon Apr 27, 2026 6:21pm - Bow, WA - Hello Men, as you know Prices for the Retreat Center have Increased Significantly this year, and it is "Mission Critical" that we reach 32 Committed Men this year if we're going to make this Conference a Reality! Otherwise, if we fall short, our only option is to Cancel and back out of our Reservation with Cedar Springs Retreat Center in Sumas. Due to the Overwhelmingly High Cost, and the lack of budget available, we can't afford to take our time getting sign ups in. So, Men if you all want to do your part in making this happen, please get signed up on the Men's Ministry Page using the Web Registration Form. Individual Rooms: $337, Group Rooms: $257

Tue Mar 31, 2026 Bow, WA - Hello Men, Developments are begining to take shape for the Kingdom Men's Conference coming this August. Pastor Roy Swihart and Men's Ministry Director Lukas Bierl will be out of town and will not be attending this year's Conference. In their place, 2 of the 5 Keynote Speakers have been Selected, Asst Director Adam Meissner and Men's Ministry Lead Derrick Baer. No Session assignments have been given out yet and will be determined at a later date. The Selection Process will begin soon to find the remaining 2 Speakers to be chosen to headline for opening to closing of the Conference. We will be looking for Men who are great Students of the Word. So we ask that all Men who will be attending this year's Conference, be ready to step forward should your name be called on. More news to come as things Develop.
